Art Trade. A Memory With Mimi.

My first Digimon request! This one is for my art trade with Tempest Vortex. He wanted a drawing of his OC, Gail visiting Mimi in New York. Here, I wanted the setting to be in Central Park. I applied the Oil Paint filter on Photoshop to the image so that it can look like the two had themselves painted and "framed" it so that the image lives up to its name.
